to join our team. In this role, you will support the management of all cost and contract-related matters in construction projects. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring that projects are completed within budget, without compromising quality or scope.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of project cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions.
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), tender documents, and quotations.
Assist in evaluating and verifying payment claims from contractors and subcontractors.
Prepare procurement documents and monitor project costs throughout implementation.
Manage and review contracts and agreement documents.
Support the preparation of cost reports and Variation Orders (VO).
Verify quantities of materials and works on-site.
Maintain and update project records and cost data (current and historical).
Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders including clients, consultants, and contractors.
Requirements / Skills
Certificate or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
Minimum of 1 year working experience in quantity surveying.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Possession of a valid driver's license is an advantage.
