Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experience F&B Assistant Unit Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the non-halal Chinese buffet establishment for a multinational corporation. This role plays a pivotal role in supervising the waitstaff, managing service flow, and maintaining high service standards to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities:

• Proficient in reception service and provide exceptional customers services at the reception.
• Responsible to manage and supervise the front-of-house daily operations of the non-halal Chinese restaurant.
• Responsible for handling the VIP reservations and fine-dining service
• Responsible for the VIP room cleanliness and tidiness, ensuring its readiness at all times.
• Responsible to ensure the compliance of food safety and work safety of the operations
• Provide training and retraining to new staff and all team members.
• Provide toolbox talks daily.
• Supervise the preventive maintenance service and repair for the facility and kitchen equipment
• Responsible for the required inventory reports and other business reports.
• Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
• Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
• Responsible for the festive decorations and other events
• Support the Unit Manager whenever necessary.
• Any other jobs as required

• Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese language
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
