We will count on you to:

• Report directly to the Corporate & Commercial Segment Leader
• Manage a set of accounts and expand existing relationships by increasing of wallet share
• Display an interest in building relationships with clients, carriers and colleagues to build rapport
• Self-starter, motivated to drive revenue and optimise opportunities
• Support regional initiatives in delivery of client needs, digitalization onboarding and technological enhancement to business systems
• Prepare content for client stewardship for key clients and periodic strategies discussion with them

What you need to have:

• Proven track record of interacting with clients and senior stakeholder management.
• At least 8 years of management experience working in Client and Account Management, Business Development roles. Regional related experience a plus.
• Exceptional numerical, analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Strong appetite to own client relationships, in addition to hunting and driving new business.
• Strategic thinker with strong communication and presenting skills - both verbally and in writing.
• Proven record of leadership and managing top tier clients and regional initiatives roll outs.
• Ability to take ownership, prioritize work and meet deadlines with can-do attitude.
• Detail orientated and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel.
