Job Category: Information Technology and Services
: Job Purpose *
Monitor and maintain AS/400 which are under Country Infrastructure Services - IT Platform Services - AS/400 & Mainframe purview.
Key Responsibilities *
Strategy and Planning
- n/a
- Installation and configuration AS/400 hardware and software operating system.
- Diagnose, analyse and solving technical faults related to AS/400 hardware and software.
- Maintenance and monitoring AS/400 system server utilization and performance.
- Ensure AS/400 and Mainframe system server uptime according to SLA.
- Provide technical support services for the Application Support Delivery Team.
- Assist IT Platform Services AS/400 - Lead to achieve KPI set by Head of Country Infrastructure Services - IT Platform Services.
- Good communication with other team members
- Have good team spirit.
- Ensures all operations are in compliance with Group, local and regional regulations
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements (eg. MAS, SGX, etc. ) and external auditors
Qualifications
(Basic Degree/Diploma etc)
- Diploma in IT or its equivalent
Relevant Work Experience
- 8 years of experience in an IT field
- 5 years of AS400 role experience
Competencies/Skills
(Essential to succeed in this job)
Technical/Functional skills
- Knowledge in Mainframe and AS400 Operating System administration and support
- Good reputation and network with other Infra and Application team
- Strong culture of excellent AS400 support
