Manage all ndustrial Relations related matters in compliance with the relevant laws and the company policies such as handling disciplinary action, employee grievances, Performance Improvement Plan, Domestic Inquiries, Disciplinary Committee Meeting, Appeal Committee Meeting, Collective Bargaining and Agreement ( and update any changes in employment laws, etc
