- Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software, inventory systems, and basic computer skills.
- Fluent in English and Malay.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail, with a focus on safety and quality.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels to meet production and shipment needs.
- Oversee daily operations for receiving, inspecting, organizing goods, and coordinating timely outbound shipments.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, efficient, and all products are properly stored and labeled.
- Provide leadership and training to warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor warehouse equipment condition and arrange for maintenance or repairs to minimize downtime.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Knowledge of warehouse management software.
- Proficiency in inventory systems.
- Basic computer skills.
