Kelayakan
  • Applicants must with SPM or above certification.
  • Experience in warehouse operations or logistics preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Tanggungjawab
  • Act as the primary assistant to the Warehouse Manager in coordinating daily operations and decision-making.
  • Manage routine communications between the manager and warehouse staff.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in arranging stock under the manager's guidance.
  • Help coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods and assist in resolving shipment or inventory discrepancies.
  • Support the manager in training and supervising warehouse staff.
  • Help monitor staff performance and provide suggestions for improvements.
  • Assist in enforcing safety protocols and company policies.
  • Conduct initial checks for potential hazards or compliance issues.
  • Report any significant concerns to the Warehouse Manager promptly.
  • Know Mandarin is an advantage.
