Key responsibilities

• Take charge on all activities pertaining Inventory in PG. Investigation on the issues raised.
• System blocked and write off using sample note.
• Post goods Issue for every DN despatched. Assign job for pickers. Acting supporting role for backup . Attend operation meeting and daily briefing.
• Communicate with Supply Chain and plant warehouse on incoming goods, overseas import and materials to plant. Dealing with Q.A on materail defects and incoming matters
• Inbound receiving - GR timely and followup on COA issues and esclate any defects
• Checks on RMPM items on quantity and appearance before stamp sign. It\'s part of Inspection process to ensure right quantity and quality received.
• Reporting - Pallet utilization / movement. Discrepancy report to Supply Chain upon any shortages or damages from container. Mass Balance report for auditting purpose.
• Filling - Supplier D/O, Despatch Note , Sample note, Consignment note.
• Take charge in the absence of Exec.

• Diploma or Degree in any related field with min 1 to 2 years of working experience in similar role
• Possess a positive attitude
• Energetic, flexible, innovative and a good team player
• Good communication skills
• Good reporting writing skills
