Responsible for managing daily warehouse incoming activities, including the receipt of raw material and packaging materials, recording all incoming items into the MRP system, and ensuring a sufficient supply of silo materials to support continuous production operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
i)
To ensure good quality of granulate
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) must be provided by each supplier and checked to ensure it meets our requirements. Samples will be taken from each different lot for verification.
ii) Properly filed document by customers and items
Data must be updated in the system daily, and customer-submitted Delivery Orders (D/Os) should be properly filed.
iii)
Updated daily latest silos reading in warehouse intranet silos plan
Silos plan reading figure need to be taken from both lines and updated everyday morning into the system.
iv) Raw material warehouse Cleanliness
Work closer with purchasing department to ensure we have sufficient supply from our suppliers.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
SPM / Certificate & above
At least 3 years' experience in warehouse environment, able to drive forklift and computer literate.
Good communication in English & Bahasa Melayu.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
