Job Description

To supervise & lead warehouse assistant on day to day operations activities. (if any subordinate reported to) As backup to assistant supervisor / supervisor of other designated area during their absent To assist in the absent of the warehouse assistant in the designated area. To ensure the discipline & company regulations are being carry out by the designatede responsible warehouse area. To report to superior of the lateness of team members for necessary actions taken To ensure the SOP, HACCP, GMP & safety procedures are perform & carry out in warehouse. To ensure the warehouse team members of the designated area follow and perform the procedures, rules and regulations accordingly. To handle daily forklift maintenance recording (if the division need forklift) To arrange the warehouse assistant to maintain the warehouse cleliness by the designated work area. Ensure the safety of the warehouse work activities and environment. Report to superior for any defect identify To ensure carry out the corrective actions from any non-conformities and audit findings detected To check, identify & ensure right items and quantities of the Non-conformities, RMA, DMR and reported to clerk, superior for actions taken Highlight to superior on any slow moving, obsolete inventory detected To check, monitor and ensure the warehouse assistant carry out the FIFO and FEFO practise. Any discrepancy shall highlight to superrior To carry out the daily warehouse inventory count as been identify by superior and report the count accordingly. Need to participate in the monthly warehouse cycle count, half yearly PI count as instruct by superior Conduct the schedule checking on warehouse maintenance of forklift and buildings and report to superior on timely manner To conduct the record, update data checking on timely manner as require To conduct the training and guidance to the warehouse assistant and monitor their performance and reported to superior To support ac hoc request from superior
Job Requirements :

Minimum 1 year working experience as warehouse supervisor in manufacturing industry

SPM holder or relevant

Have forklift skills and ERP systems.

Able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia Physically fit for working in the warehouse.

Willing to work in Taiping, Perak

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
