Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Monitor incoming container by capture photo & video and fill up necessary form & pass to warehouse admin for record purpose, to ensure qty received are accurate with documents & cargo in good condition

2. Monitor export empty container received by capture photo & video and fill up necessary form, pass to warehouse admin for record purpose, to ensure qty loading are accurate with documents, loading method follow requirement and cargo in good condition

3. To ensure forklift condition checking daily / weekly by fill up necessary form for record purpose and to park forklift at designed area

4. To train warehouse keeper & warehouse general worker to arrange cargo at correct location with correct staging

5. To maintain warehouse, finish good / packing material and staging area, chemical store, label store & coating powder store are always clean & neat

6. To ensure warehouse daily activity are completed within time frame given

7. To ensure Warehouse Operation team work in discipline manner

8. To monitor if recycle bin is full & inform Warehouse admin to arrange vendor to collect scrap's stock

9. Any other ad hoc task assigned by superior

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2- 4 years of working experience in warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.

2. Strong leadership and team management abilities.

3. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve operational challenges.

4. 5S Knowledge

5. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
