Job Summary

Strategy

To function as the domain expert in the core banking team and support the core banking products roll out from a functionality and capability perspective.

Business

Participate fitment workshops, Understand product requirements from PO and Solution Architect and drive the team to develop and deliver the product requirements.

Processes

All the solution to be reviewed with technical review forum and governance

People & Talent

Ensure the provision of ongoing training and development of people and ensure that holders of all critical functions are suitably skilled and qualified for their roles ensuring that they have effective supervision in place to mitigate any risks

Risk Management

Identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures.

Governance

Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory & Business Conduct

Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. Serve as a Director of the Board Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association (or equivalent)
