Location: Hyderabad

About the role: This role also requires regular and effective engagement and collaboration with community of practitioners across functions/service lines. Ability to articulate the process to assessors and regulators and protecting it is crucial to engender high level of compliance

Your responsibilities include but not are limited to

  • Collaborate closely with Practice Owners / Process Owners (GPLs) to ensure the process design and implementation is following the IT Practice Framework
  • Ensure all Configuration Items and IT Services deliver the agreed level of availability to meet the needs of business as part of the Availability Management operations responsibility
  • Ensure effective Operations Recovery Plan (ORP) are in place for all \'High\' Availability applications. Drive applications outage analysis with effective Problem analysis for operations stability
  • Implement and increase Release Management adoption across IT functions to maintain integrity of Production enviromement and minimize operations impacts
  • Effective and seamless integration to ensure changes and releases are implemented in a controlled manner with minimum disruption to IT services. Ensure good data quality and governance on all support and service groups in system.Ensure accurarcy and completeness of CMDB setup in system to support operational effectiveness.
  • Ensure efficient fit between processes, tools and actual operations - lean and yet effective and efficient process execution
  • Drive service assurance, process simplification and automation, cost efficiency and stability in running the operations. Ensure effective E2E integration within ITSM processes and other processes across IT
  • Drive improvements in process and associated functionalities in ServiceNow for effective operations. Establish effective measurements to govern and improve process adherence and adoption. Build, review and update SOPs, work procedure, knowledge articles, reports and training materials
Minimum requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business/technical domains
10 years of relevant professional IT experience in the related functional area
  • Experience and knowledge in ServiceNow especially in ITSM processes. Good knowledge with experience in managin. Availabilityty Management and Release Management process. Good knowledge for Support/Service Group setup in ServiceNow with experience of data governance. Sound knowledge with conceptual understanding of CMDB setup in ServiceNow
  • Good grounding in all IT processes (e.g. ITIL, Lean Six Sigma). Ability to work effectively and drive alignment in a global environment through good communication, articulation and empowerment is required
  • Deep understanding of the process design, documentation, implementation, plus able to protect the process to ensure sustainability
  • Solid grounding in consulting, mentor and influencing. Proven track record of broad industry experience and excellent understanding of complex enterprise IT landscapes and relationships. Excellent knowledge of business processes, experience in regulated system environment and ability to \xe2\x80\x9cspeak the business language\xe2\x80\x9d when talking about IT subjects
  • Experience in advising peers and senior customers on complex issues and provide complex, contextual guidance to influence actions of internal and/or external partners
  • Experience in managing internal and external experts in different locations and time zones
