Description

Primary Objective:

• Generate quality customer insight, manage information, identify trends to assist decision making. Apply business understanding and leverage analytics to support delivery of squad mission
• Implement business plan and strategies to meet revenue through fee based income and increase of customer\xe2\x80\x99s Product Holding Ratio (PHR) .
• To develop strategic alliances with business partners to increase business volume.
• To facilitate Auto Finance Sales Office with effective process, programs or activities to increase revenue and PHR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Squad Lead to plan tasks required for delivery of Quest
• Support identification and interpretation of data/ reports/ research results
• Document and refine product specifications (documentation of deliverables of squad)
• Prepare reports/presentations based on the analysis for external & internal communications
• Source and analyse data for the creation of baseline, future state costs, FTE, process maps and any other analysis required for mission
• Analyse data and solves data-related issues
• Examine ways to better understand customer needs and potential improvement of team performance via data capture and analysis

Others

• Develop and manage strong relationship with Business Partners i.e. RHB Insurance Berhad, Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Berhad and other external parties for business opportunities
• Establish and maintain close relationship with AF Sales Office through branch visitation, meeting and other platforms in order to improve overall performance
• Preparation of business proposal and analytical reviews on Ancillary Business performance for management.
• Run tactical campaigns, incentive structure and other cross selling activities to improve the Group\xe2\x80\x99s products market share
• Coordinate product briefing and training to all AF Sales Offices and service providers / business partners to facilitate product knowledge
• Coordination of licensing requirement for relevant sales office personnel to comply with requirement by the General Insurance Association of Malaysia (PIAM) and Life Insurance Association Malaysia (LIAM).
• Plan and organise periodic SMS blasts to increase penetration rate for ancillary products
• Coordinate dissemination of database particulars for outbound calls
• Monitor fee based income from Business Partners for records and business planning
• Monitor daily reports of CBC (Cash Before Cover) at AF Sales Office for records and tracking
• To prepare reconciliation on submission listing and payment for HPRTT/TA for records and tracking
• Assists AF Sales Office on any issue and matters related to Motor Takaful / Insurance and HPRTT/TA for smooth operations.
• Assumes other ad-hoc responsibilities as and when required by the management to support division\xe2\x80\x99s objectives and initiatives

Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Business Administration, Finance, Mass Communications or related fields.

• Well informed on the developments in the relevant domain
• Good understanding of key bank processes
• Business financials and planning knowledge
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge on analytical tools
• Good written communication skills
