Description and Requirements

Summary of Responsibilities:

Support MetLife Asia Region in preparation of Asia consolidated Value of New Business (VNB) for Business Planning and Actual Reporting, including support for business strategic decision making, process automation and transformation with AI.

Principal Responsibilities:

Effective communication with various stakeholders from all business units and regional office Assist with VNB consolidation work Review and provide feedback to stakeholders on the VNB deliverables Prepare and update presentation decks Ensure data accuracy, data meeting required level of completeness, and timely delivery Identify possible enhancements and implement relevant improvements to current work processes Support process transformation when needed Perform ad hoc requests

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required:

Bachelor degree in mathematics, statistics, or actuarial science Proficient verbal and written English skills and careful communicational attitude High execution on delivering outputs within deadlines General learnings skills, flexible adaptation to variable circumstance, positive attitude to learn new knowledge and work ethic are required Proficiency in MS Excel (VBA), Word, and PowerPoint, exposure to Prophet, DCS, and AI software preferred

Qualification Required:

1-4 years of relevant experience and good progress in actuarial papers preferred
