THE OPPORTUNITY The Associate Alliance Operation Manager identifies and implements process improvement efforts to improve Sales Operations processes in alignment with key initiatives across the organization.

• Document department processes to create standard work and identify gaps. Create and maintain a repository of standard work for the department. Train employees in the department on new or changing processes, audit for compliance and provide best practice coaching.
• Support team/department process on business governance process with alliance partner by providing governance framework for KPI, compliance and etc metrics
• Create, update and provide updates on key metrics and effectively communicate results, findings and recommendations to all levels of the organization.
• Provide support in terms of data analytic, preparing output from such analytic process to strive for process improvement and data driven decisions.
• Support Cluster Alliance Lead in administrative and operation matters of alliance management and other duties as assigned.

Education

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Science or related area.
• Has at least 2-3 years of experience with similar job scope \xe2\x80\x93 business development, sales and marketing or data analytic
