We\'re looking for an Associate, APAC People Services to join our APAC People Services Tier 1 team, based in Malaysia. In this exciting new role, you will be focusing on creating a #magical experience for our employees based in APAC. Responsibilities : As a vital part of the APAC People Support Tier 1 team, you will represent the first point of contact for all our employees, providing them with the highest quality service by responding to their people-related inquiries and concerns. This includes all employee support domains including onboarding, absence, offboarding, reporting requests etc that are all within the entire employee life cycle. Manage, monitor and maintain our internal People Portal knowledge base (Confluence) to enable self-services for all stakeholders. Manage a wide variety of queries and questions from employees through our ticket system (JIRA) by utilising our knowledge base information to answer employee queries. Deliver and execute common and transaction-based services for the People team to ensure compliance. Work closely together with other People teams as well as other stakeholder groups in order to deliver high quality and timely responses and solutions to all our employees by achieving certain requirements on KPIs. Ensure customer satisfaction of employees and provide professional customer support. Requirements: You have recently graduated or already bring at least 1 year of work experience in the field of People Operations/HR, Customer Service, Business administration or similar. You are living the \'Employees are our customers\' mission. You are quality-driven and a fast learner and have superior attention to detail. You are known for your incredible time management and problem-solving skills. You show an ability to work independently, swiftly, and effectively prioritise work. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. You bring a level of technical curiosity and system orientation and have ideally worked already with HRIS systems like Workday or similar. You ideally worked already with CRM ticket systems like JIRA or similar. You ideally worked already with knowledge base systems like Confluence or similar. You are characterised by discretion, initiative, team spirit, and flexibility, plus you are self-organised and like to take ownership of assigned tasks.
