Reporting to the Associate Director, Client Accounting. This full-time and permanent position is based in Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Client Accounting Department and its\' growth.Scope:

• Perform Accounting functions for designated client accounts;
• Collect, analyse and interpret accounting records for book-keeping purposes.
• Prepare full set of accounts, Unaudited Financial Statement, XBRL in accordance with applicable accounting standards within the target and standards set.

Key responsibilities:

• Follow established processes for each client engagement which include accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, monthly/yearly reconciliations and preparation of recurring and yearly accounts and financial statements;
• Ensure strict deadlines are adhered to;
• Ensure all records are maintained accurately, including adjusting journal entries;
• Provide clients with the highest level of accounting support;
• Ensure adherence to the policy, procedures and practices of Company;
• Exhibit an understanding of accounting procedures and reporting standards;
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in accounting principles and regulation;
• Good communication skills to clients, peers within different departments across the organization and stakeholder.
• Undertake ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required;

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years\' experience in a related global services environment.
• Hands-on experience with Xero accounting software is a plus.
• Bachelor\'s Degree in Accountancy.
• ACCA/ CPA/ MIA Qualifies or qualified through experience.
• Detail-Oriented, Deadline-Oriented;
• Good Time Management;
• Reliable, Accuracy, Initiative, Teamwork;
• Able to work independently and handle multiple deliverables;
• Scheduling, Monitoring and Analytical thinking;
• Problem Analysis and Problem-Solving Skills;
• Excellent Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills;
