Your new role Assist in managing and monitoring overdue accounts to ensure timely collection. Communicate with clients in a professional and empathetic manner to facilitate repayment arrangements. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and provide accurate updates. Maintain accurate records of credit checks/assessments, collection efforts, and customer interactions. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance collection efficiency. What you\'ll need to succeed Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance/Business/related field. Previous experience (at least 1 \'2 years) in credit collection operations, preferably coming from Financial Services/P2P background exposure. Strong communication skills and customer-centric approach. Detail-oriented with good organisational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
