What You\'ll Do:

As an Associate Data Engineer, you will be a member of the Product Insights Team, to help us build and maintain data solutions that support our business needs.

You will be responsible for supporting the team to develop data pipelines, architectures, and databases using various technologies and platforms, such as Databricks, PowerBI, SQL, Python, etc. You will also collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to ensure data quality, reliability, and accessibility.

• Maintain scalable and robust data pipelines using Databricks and other tools.
• Perform data ingestion, transformation, and delivery using SQL, Python, and other scripting languages.
• Manage data models, schemas, and tables using relational and non-relational databases.
• Analyze and optimize data performance, efficiency, and security.
• Generate and visualize data insights using PowerBI.
• Communication with stakeholders.

Sitecore will provide the necessary training on the Data Engineering skillsets.

What You Need to Succeed

Ideal candidates will have the following background:

• Familiarity with any reporting tool.
• Familiarity with SQL.
• Writing code/scripts to connect to software APIs to extract data.
• Data modelling & ERD.
• Conceptual knowledge of data warehousing & ETL.
• Knowledge in agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, XP, Lean SD)
• Good problem solving, troubleshooting and logical thinking skills.
• Great communication skills in English

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

• Proficient in Databricks, PowerBI, SQL, Python, or other data engineering tools and platforms.
• Experience in working with various data sources, formats, and structure into combined data model.
• Experience with DAX queries.
• Understanding of SaaS solutions (Azure, AWS or GCP).
• Data and schema validation.
