Responsibilities:

Spearhead and develop creative direction of marketing and branding campaigns together with other functional teams.

Ideate, propose and execute creative strategies to increase efficiency of assets across all channels

Manage creative projects independently with little supervision and assistance

Create and design digital onsite, social, offline, ad sales and video assets

Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline

Designing social graphics, offline collaterals and other online marketing assets

Experience with conceptualization + execution

Ability to think outside the box and create fresh new designs from scratch

Qualifications

Requirements:

At least 1 - 3 years in design experience

Creative problem solver and strategic thinker who is self-motivated, well-organized, and proactive, with exceptional communication skills

Must be organized, work gracefully under pressure and switch between projects seamlessly in a fast-paced environment

Excellent collaboration skills; experience working with internal teams

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Fluent in spoken and written English

Must be well versed in creative tools such as photoshop
