Malaysia is one of two operational processing hubs that supports Custody - Transaction Management; Settlements; NAV Production; Fund Reporting; Shareholder Services; Global Fund Platform Services; Data Service Delivery; Entitlements - income and corporate actions and Reconciliations. Working Hour: 9:00AM - 6:00PMWhat will you do?
Procurement:

  • Define procurement strategies for Malaysia and set up key Procurement KPIs to measure, monitor and improve metrics.
  • You will work closely with both business and functions to drive the collection and implementation of requirements, ensure alignment with corporate objectives and contractual obligations.
  • Management of CACEIS policies by coordinating and monitoring all procurement procedures, prioritizing governance, compliance to DoA, performance standards and sustainability measures from strategy execution to meeting KPI and deliverables.
  • Provide leadership and ownership for strategic sourcing, vendor management, stakeholder engagement, influencing and contract management, including total cost of ownership, contract model, fact-based negotiation, supplier evaluation, selection and leading the implementation.
  • Coordinate, track and monitor the category spending by identifying and evaluating sustainability initiatives with considerations for cost effectiveness, technical feasibility, user acceptance and Post Implementation Review (PIR).
  • Engaging with internal stakeholders to understand end-user needs and wants as an input to summarize into a business requirement and enterprise-wide sourcing efforts.
Corporate Real Estate (CRE):

  • Responsible for providing functional and well-maintain asset for the business at building and plant services.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing effective inspection, preventative and pro-active maintenance plans for CACEIS facilities.
  • Responsible for the reliable asset performance review, timely risk mitigation to minimize cost and/or facilities unplanned breakdowns.
  • Responsible to ensure adequate level of liaison and consultation with internal and external stakeholders and governmental agencies, where applicable.
Supplementary InformationOccupational Safety and Health (OSH)
  • Ensure observance and compliance with the provisions and amendments of the OSHA, all relevant local legislations and CACEIS\'s Occupational Safety and Health Policy, standards, and procedures.
  • Ensuring resources are competent including 3rd party vendor to maintain a safe workplace, and to meet CACEIS\'s OSH requirements.
  • Active participation in supporting company-wide involvement in OSH training and initiatives.
  • Liaison with Department of Occupational Safety and Health and other relevant government bodies with regard to occupational safety and health matters of employee.
  • Ensure compliance to self-regulatory and OSH Management System requirement.

  • Awareness of current sustainability practices, regulations, and trends impacting business practices and values.
  • Excellent initiative in communication, collaboration and relationship skills to engage all stakeholders in constructive discussions and drive improvements.
