• Establishes strong, trusted relationships with clients through their ability to articulate solutions, and other areas of Kyndryl used in the delivery of complex services.
• Supports and leads billable client activities within their area of practice and participate in related Sector, Solution, or Community activities.
• Accountable for the financial success of engagements directly managed.
