Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will be required to manage Digital Sales for all retail banking products; Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Mortgages, CASA and Wealth
• To support the team in other digital related initiatives
• Key roles and responsibilities are to grow digital sales volume
• Optimising digital acquisition costs per lead across all channels
• Identify Digital Sales opportunities across paid media channels and owned channels
• Work and manage partnerships with eg. aggregators in delivering optimal results
• Required to work closely with other stakeholders across different functions
• Provide analysis of leads and sales to ensure quality of leads are met
• Identify, propose, and deliver growth hack tactics that will increase digital acquisitions
• Keep abreast of digital banking innovative acquisition campaign, particularly those of digital banks, competitor banks and FinTech companies.

QUALIFICATIONS

University degree holders, have good knowledge in secured lending business, experience in dealing with digital marketing or adoption, ability to perform with minimum supervision, self driven, good sales acumen, min 3year experience as product manager,
