Deliver development initiatives of new capabilities, product packages, improvement of service delivery, support and client onboarding.
Deliver and coordinate product commercialisation that include regulatory clearance, internal/external communications and provide support on product marketing, such as customer target/positioning.
Work closely other Product Managers, IT, Legal, Compliance, Risk and Operations to define product requirements and delivery.
Support Sales calls and participate in RFI/RFP process, when needed.
Address day-to-day matters on technical clarification support, operational issues, client servicing, legal documentation and audit/compliance.
Be an active contributor for multi-year Next Gen BizChannel programs
