Management Level Associate

As the Employer Branding and Communications Associate, you will partner with our Recruitment and Marketing teams to establish, maintain, and create the PwC candidate experience for potential candidates and applicants. On top of that, you will partner with the Human Capital teams, various stakeholders, and external parties to craft messaging and campaigns for communication and people engagement within the Firm.
You\'ll be responsible for
Creating compelling materials and templates for both internal and external communications including presentations and social media content.
Managing the day-to-day execution of PwC\xe2\x80\x99s employer messaging across various platforms (e.g. PwC Malaysia Careers Site).
Staying current with marketing trends and brainstorm new ideas for content.
Contributing ideas and drive initiatives to brand our firm on social media platforms (together with other relevant teams).
Managing and crafting Human Capital communications and Managing Partner\xe2\x80\x99s communications to the firm.
Updating, managing and review internal communications platforms (e.g. Human Capital portal).

High performing self-starter, with proven ability to work both independently as well as a member of high performance-output teams in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Minimum years experience required
Fresh graduate, 1 - 2 years experience in relevant field is an advantage
