As the Employer Branding and Campus Engagement Specialist for the firm, you will develop, build rapport with universities, student bodies and professional bodies, and leverage from the partnerships to attract and acquire high quality talent. As part of our Talent team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also build strategic relationships with leaders and other teams across our complex business. Understanding our business issues are imperatives and identifying and implementing solutions will stretch your horizons. Your key responsibilities In your role as the Employer Branding and Campus Engagement Specialist, you\xe2\x80\x99ll actively drive the firm\xe2\x80\x99s talent attraction & engagement initiatives. Primarily, your contributions include, but not limited to the following:
Execute strategic campus attraction strategies by supporting the team in campus events, recruitment fairs, employer branding activities, office visits and students/interns networking events
Coordinate activities and be the main contact person for EY Campus Champs (EY\xe2\x80\x99s student ambassador program)
Integrates EY\xe2\x80\x99s brand strategies into all recruitment and networking activities which include and not limited to collateral and promotional materials, communication and presentation decks
Keep track on programs and diligent recording of budget expenditure incurred (including payment processing and timely update to vendors)
Liaise with internal and external stakeholder relationships by partnering closely with Talent Acquisition team, HR business partners and business leaders to identify and understand their hiring needs
Provide timely reports and analytics, flag risks or delays in advance and provide recommendations to the Employer Branding and Campus Engagement team lead and key stakeholders

To qualify for the role, you must have
A recognized university degree in Human Resource, Business, Public Relations & Communications, Marketing or other related disciplines
