Job Summary He/She will be independently responsible to develop and implement strategies and initiatives for DKSH HR Employer Branding and Campus Engagement activities, in order to put DKSH as an Employer of choice. Job Responsibilities: Building out the strategy and execution plan for campus recruiting and campus presence for any related HR programs or activities that suits the business needs and demands. To be the primary point of contact for fresh candidates, educational institutions, student groups and associations, as well as internal stakeholders, in the onset of employer branding. To leading the planning and execution of a wide variety of virtual and physical engagement, on-campus event, career fairs, career talks, both on-campus and in the office. To work with internal stakeholders to define number of graduates (direct hiring / mgmt. trainee / interns) required in the financial year and identify which colleges/universities sources are the best avenues, based on stakeholder\'s requirements and needs. To prepare presentations slides and write-ups, and any other form of marketing materials to introduce and promote the Company\'s brand and job opportunities while working very closely with Marketing and Communications team. To analyze seasonal recruiting success and measure results and share information with HRBPs such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, etc To define opportunities to improve campus recruiting by staying up to date on trends and influencing organizational changes that can positively impact outcome for all parties. To ensure brand on-campus and in the marketplace remains competitive, as well as continuing to serve as a \'brand ambassador\' both internally and externally. To attend and facilitate hiring events, virtual recruiting events and employer information sessions. To build and maintain relationships with talent communities through a variety of channels such as texting, email, social recruiting and more. Job Requirement: Degree in Human Resources, Business Studies, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Public Relations or any related discipline. At least 4 years of solid experience in similar job field, or anything related to Human Resources Employer Branding / Human Resources Campus Engagements / HR Communications or Marketing / University Relations management. Creative, Innovative, Analytical and Methodical in approach to problem. Possess high sense of energy, ability to drive and lead changes, good decision-making skills, and attention to detail. Highly independent and able to roll up your sleeves. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa. Strong command in all aspect of Microsoft Office application (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and all other related tools.
