We are looking for an Associate Engineer to support fibre planning, pipeline coordination, and implementation activities across new developments and fibre-based services. The role involves network design, contractor coordination, and ensuring timely and safe delivery of pipeline and fibre works.
Make an impact by:

• Perform Single-Line Diagram (SLD) preparation from GIS 2.0 based on project requirements
• Plan pipeline connections and fibre deployments for new developments
• Coordinate with developers, M&E consultants, and internal teams for planning, inspection, and implementation works
• Review COPIF plan submissions and manage activities from pipeline connection to equipment commissioning
• Perform fibre planning and network design to support corporate data services and engineering circuits
• Supervise contractors on pipeline and fibre works, ensuring compliance with procedures, timelines, and safety standards
• Manage and resolve site, pipeline, and fibre implementation issues
• Ensure timely closure of pipeline and fibre schemes, including system updates, reports, and DFF claim processing
• Any other duties assigned by the superior

Skill for Success:

• Minimum diploma holder in Telecommunications, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent course
• Experience in fibre planning, pipeline works, or network implementation is preferred
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve telecommunication network issues
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage site and implementation issues
• Excellent interpersonal skills with flexibility to work as a team
• Proactive & have great sense of urgency
• Ability to perform in a fast paced environment & work well under pressure
• Computer literacy in MS Office, MSC Excel and Power Point
• Flexible to changes in work schedule
