We are looking for Associate Engineer - PAG to support system performance and operational excellence by monitoring daily fallout rates, analysing root causes, and ensuring system stability. This role plays an important part in maintaining system health, supporting users, and driving continuous improvement through effective coordination and automation.
Make an impact by:

• Manages and controls installed systems for the firm to ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Coordinating with multiple teams to support testing, design validation, and implementation activities
• Ensures that systems and infrastructure are always available
• Facilitate between test software platforms, software applications, and system management software
• Executes troubleshooting and support tasks
• Evaluates current systems and give technical guidance to users
• Plans and executes system automation as needed for increased efficiency
• Collaborates with other experts to achieve high-quality outputs within the framework of the organization's rules, policies, and procedures
• Deals with work processes, optimization methodologies, and risk management tools in assigned projects
• Any other assigned task by supervisors

Skill for Success:

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve system or network issues
• Basic knowledge of fibre technologies and GPON shared network topology
• Working knowledge of Tableau, Power Automate and NG-NIS.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate well within a team
• Good communication and writing skills in English or billingual
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
