Job Summary:
Process Engineer with responsibility on Tester and Handler Processes. Process Engineer will also be required to identify, diagnose, and resolve assembly process related problems by applying failure analysis, FMEA, 8D or SPC methodology. Additional responsibilities include implementation of process, equipment, and material evaluation/optimization to make changes at process step. Participating in yield improvement project, cost reduction activities and new process baseline qualifications.
Process owner who owns Testing processes (ETS, LTX, LIN2, etc) Involve in Final Test processes covering Test process.
Job Responsibilities
Monitoring and ensuring all process parameters are within the production spectrum as per quality plan. Involve in QR2 arrangement with Production and Quality team. Package Tray Management & Control. Participate in the continuous improvement & cost down process. To implement mistake-proofing process flows using Lean Manufacturing tools. Provide training to production on standard operating procedures and operation conditions. Assist production personnel to improve the efficiency, productivity, and quality in manufacturing. Work with Product and Equipment Engineering for problem solving which encounter during Testing Process. Document manufacturing instructions, FMEA, Control Plan and methods to maintain highest product and process quality. Lead technician to ensure process compliance in production. To prepare 8D reports due to nonconformity in processes. Improvement project initiatives for productivity improvement, cost reduction, process simplification, etc.
Job Requirements
Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronics) or equivalent relevant engineering experience. Project management and coordination skills Good data analytical skills to drive for process improvements
