By joining Singtel, you will be part of a caring, inclusive and diverse workforce that creates positive impact and a sustainable future for all.Be a part of something BIG!We\'re looking for Senior Associate Engineer who manages a team of staff under Network Singapore which cover GPON, Fibre Planning, Audit & Claim and Service Fulfilment.This role required to collaborate closely with network planners, sales managers, and field technicians to ensure the reliable and efficient operation of fibre networks, supporting both internal and external customersMake an Impact by:

• Lead, supervise and manage a team of Associate Engineer and Senior Engineering Officer within the OPE-SDO team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including network operations, sales, and customer support to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Ensure daily tasks are managed within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor and report on work quality to ensure it meets acceptable standards as per HQ guidelines.
• Maintain continuous communication with the Singapore OPE team to optimize the performance.
• Develop and document existing work processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Provide coaching and guidance to both high-performing team members and those needing additional support.
• Maintain consistency in job outputs to uphold quality standards.
• Ad hoc projects as assigned by the Manager.

Skills for Success:

• At least Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent course.
• At least 6 years of working experience with minimum 3 years of experience managing a team.
• Demonstrate analytical / planning, decision making skills and commitment to the Singtel values.
• Functional understanding of business principles and operations
• Ability to handle high volumes of customer problems and Great flexibility to undertake any other tasks assigned from time to time.
• Good computer literacy especially in MS Office.
• Able to motivate team to produce desired results and proven people management skills.
• Proactive and has great sense of urgency.
