They also may support the test development of the test equipment and processes to ensure robust and high quality test solutions and final products are realized. Detailed Description Be subject matter expert on Test and debug for the dedicated business unit. Coordinate on entire Test environment setup (Structural, System & Software) for the account/site that meet customer product specification and operational for the dedicated business unit. Establish entire Test documentation for the dedicated business unit. that support Test Operation (PM, Calibration and etc)/Production (TI, Test Coverage and etc)/Audit proposes. Coordinate on Test Engineering Equipment/Software development/installation/Investigation pretending to customer\'s NPI/EC/RMA. Able to conduct tests on electronic products and systems or software. Trains and instructs floor support, test technicians and test operators on test hardware and / or software, as well as proper problem-solving techniques. Interfaces with Upstream material Supplier/Test Equipment Vendor/Department Leads/Customer for the Test Process/Coverage Improvement Resolves test yield problems by performing analysis of root causes, developing and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements. Lead the Debug Team to reduce the non-profitable activities on Debug Bone-pile, Debug aging and Scrap Cost. Provide visibility to test data and drive improvements in manufacturing efficiency. Ensures that any risks associated with the agreed test strategy and the system test plan are clearly documented and described to the clients/users and colleagues. Define and sustain spare inventory system for key equipment, monitor spare cost and drive down liabilities of spare inventories, accountable for Spare part/Tooling/meter management Define, develop and maintain equipment capabilities, strategy and roadmap for the site level Identify the key cost drivers and work on cost reduction programs, CIP/Gemba/Kaisan Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Job Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field. A diploma holder with 2 years of working experience can be considered. Strong debug experience with network, server & storage product is an added advantage Operating System knowledge Windows, Linux Programming Language knowledge Python, Perl, Linux Shell Scripting, SQL. Should have a Minimum 2 years of practical test & debug experience with network products Ability to analyse a process, determine gaps/inefficiencies/yield improvement opportunities Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Experience in developing test instructions and procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced global team environment and with other technical teams Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and controls Physical Demands Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment. Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data. Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required. Occasional travel may be required.
