• Perform programming, trouble shooting, maintaining SMT machine & prepare WI for necessary process.
• Use quality data & tools to make the process improvement and improve product yields
• Support, develop and provide training on all aspects of SMT equipment machinery.
• Responsive on the machine downtime, backlog, quality issue & other necessary according to the SMT line.
• Responsible & lead for the Preventive Maintenance for the respected line.
• Responsible for the line performance(LU,OEE,PART ATTRITION & UPH)
• Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Provides technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations.
• Evaluates, selects and orders equipment that is most appropriate, cost effective & last loner for the manufacture of company products.
• Perform area and equipment maintenance and clean-up as required.
• Run NPI (New Product Introduction) & trouble shoot component definitions, feeder assignments and other functions required to set up a first-time run on the placement equipment.
• Responsible in raw data collection, complication & generate reports.
• Prepare validation document for the SMT equipment.
• SMT equipment spare part management.
• Perform Calibration, CpK & GR&R for SMT equipment.
• Establishes programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process.
• Pro Active in Line improvement in terms of in quality, quantity & continuous improvement
• Provides technical support 42Q MES system and trouble shooting.
• Responsible installation, movement & scrap activities
• Follow all established ESD, safety, ergonomic and security policies.
• May perform equipment modifications as any other task assigned by superior from time to time.
• Possess a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent or fresh graduate in similar field maybe consider.
• Min 6 to 8 years of working experiences in SMT programming is required for this position.
• Knowledge in SPI / AOI shall value added.
