• Be accountable for smooth execution of sprint goals for Ops team
• Optimizing pages/offers quality for users and proactively seek to understand pages/offers qualities and able to translate insights to improve Ops planning/processes
• Quality Checking pages required for weekly content to ensure that users have the best user experience
• Create new pages if needed to ensure we are up-to-date to Thailand' market trends
• Support the Ops team with the day to day activity - ensuring tasks are completed on time
• Actively seek feedback to improve processes of planning, execution and result delivery
• Do research on the market trends in Thailand

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent working experience
• A dual-minded approach: highly creative but can also be analytical on data with strong problem-solving abilities
• Diligent, responsible, hard-working, and able to deliver results under aggressive deadlines
• Getting things done and hustling attitude - you never find excuses and won't stop until you get your job done at the end of the day
• Strong attention to detail
• An excellent team player with prior experience
• Able to work independently with a high degree of initiative
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai
