Duties and Responsibilities 1. Recruitment (WH Operator) - Posting the job advertisement (WH Operator) - Handling the resume screening, and selection - Communicating with the department regarding the candidate and interview session - Handling onboarding and offboarding new workers (internal and external) - Communicating with TL on the requirements and jobs description for the wh operator.2. Foreign Workers & Manpower agencies - Responsible for new FWS hiring and recruitments - Assist in Foreign Worker agencies and manage the selection, assimilation, exit of foreign workers. - Assist and communicate with the team leader of each department to manage their manpower needs. - Assist and ensure all the relevant databases and systems are updated in a timely manner. - Assist and involve frequently audit workersxe2x80x99 accommodations provided by agencies to ensure all accommodations comply with ZALORA /RBA standards. - Ensure proper documentation of all foreign worker related matters (contract, workersxe2x80x99 passport and visa cop, attendance sheet, OT sheet etc). - Handling all foreign workers' inquiries and grievances. This should be done through frequent interviews pertaining to the wellbeing of the workers. - Assist and involve in onboarding of new workers from agencies (OJT & documentation). - Involve in communication with agencies.3. Employee Relations & Engagement - Involve in every engagement meeting and be part of the engagement team. - Work with HR team regarding the onboarding proceed and orientation for new joiners - Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.4. LSP Audits - Responsible for LSP weekly audits and monthly interviews - LSP evaluation and KPIs assessment - RFQ and LSP selection5. Others - Regularly check on xe2x80x9cimpulsexe2x80x9d the wellbeing of the workers - Accommodation supervision management - Reporting - compliance and disciplinary issues - Reevaluate monthly audit and propose on its effectiveness - Other duties as assigned by the Associate Manager or Manager.Requirements / Minimum Qualifications and Experiences:
Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree/Master's Degree in any related field
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
An excellent team player
Working experience in warehousing is preferred
Proficient in excel or other data tools
