Team and Role Introduction:
Team Introduction:
Treasury Shared Service Centre (SSC) is a core pillar within Group Treasury with specific focus on transaction execution and processing.
Treasury SSC undertakes all the operational requirements for the respective countries that Lazada operates in.

The Role:
The candidate will be a core member of the Treasury SSC based in KL, Malaysia. The candidate will work in a team supporting multiple countries\xe2\x80\x99 operational requirements, and will need to interact with multiple parties on a frequent basis, including other Treasury functions/ pillars and Finance team, Finance Tech team, Project Management team as well as various external partners.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting: The candidate will report to the Head of Treasury SSC based in Malaysia.
• Key Tasks And Responsibilities:
• Treasury SSC\xc2\xb7 Responsible for the transaction execution and processing for the countries drive best practices where applicable.
• Prepare and support internal and external operational reporting as per requirement by local authority, such as Central Bank.
• Execute and comply with treasury control requirements and external regulations.

• Possess a degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in the Treasury-related areas;
• Experience in managing treasury operational requirements for Asia and Europe would be advantageous.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good English & Mandarin communication skills (verbal & written).
• Results and detail-oriented, team player, strong collaboration skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly analytical environment where multi-tasking and short timelines are met with consistent ability to achieve financial accuracy.
