Associate Financial Analyst

Job Description
Location: Sunway, Selangors:
- To partner with division in providing the details financial analysis on revenue, profitability, pricing and innovation projects, including the impact of incentive programs on overall financial performance deal profitability analysis.
- To navigate through different systems and processes to get information.
- To proactively analyze any variances and generate necessary report to FP&A team for monthly business review with management.
- Review rebate agreements, ensuring accurate setup, tracking, and reconciliation of rebate
- Coordinate with sales teams to manage rebate accruals and payout calculations in line with contractual agreements and provide timely and accurate rebate report to internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting/Finance or other related area
- Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience in accounting and finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Prior knowledge in EPM and PowerBI will be an added benefit
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, a strong work ethic, self-motivated, demonstrated teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
