Micron\xe2\x80\x99s Compliance & Ethics team is seeking a results-oriented attorney or Certified Fraud Examiner to conduct APAC-based investigations and lead compliance program activities in APAC.
This position will be responsible for implementing and maintaining different compliance program elements needed to better scale our systems and processes to meet our growing business. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to work across the organization to drive meaningful change.
Malaysia Compliance & Investigations
Responsibilities
Conduct regional C&E investigations into allegations of corporate misconduct.
Assist with Board reporting on C&E investigations and trends.
Conduct risk assessments of key business functions in APAC.
Manage Hotline reporting channels and assign investigations to appropriate team.
Assist with training content development and delivery for the Compliance & Ethics function.
Assist with compliance training and awareness curriculum.
Assist with developing, maintaining, and implementing Compliance & Ethics policies, procedures, and processes to ensure enterprise-wide compliance with applicable internal and legal standards.
Identify, propose, and implement appropriate technology solutions to operationalize and scale the compliance function to the global enterprise.
Generate and maintain appropriate records and metrics related to the Compliance & Ethics Program.
Support Compliance & Ethics Program activities, including Compliance Week, newsletters, and ethics and compliance content for internal and public-facing websites.
Minimum Qualifications
Juris Doctor or Bachelor\'s Degree + Certified Fraud Examiner
7+ years of relevant corporate compliance and ethics experience or the functional equivalent, including experience in the following areas: Corporate criminal investigations, fraud investigations, ethics and compliance program development, training and communication expertise, policy development, project management, and program analytics/metrics.
Experience working with compliance tools and technology.
Experience with project management, and the ability to operate independently to administer complex project plans.
