Our opportunity for you:

Job Title : Associate, HR (Contract for 6 months)

Location : Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia

Department: Human Resources

Reporting to: Associate HR Director

Key responsibilities:

Payroll Management

• Manage the monthly payroll administration including processing the statutory contribution of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and zakat.
• Complete the e-Filling based on annual Form-E cycle.
• Prepare the required monthly payroll related reports.
• Ensure the salary payout paid on time based on the requirement by the Company.

HR Administration and Operations

• Full Spectrum of HR duties and providing daily operational HR administration support
• Onboarding & induction to new staff
• Manage the Employment Pass for expatriate staff.
• Administer exit process for leavers
• Preparation of reports to the management and finance
• Stay abreast of current trends and practices to recommend changes to existing processes and policies which comply with legislation

Any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Special Skills:

Minimum Education:

• Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Management or other relevant preferred

Relevant Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in full spectrum of HR functions
• Candidates with Payroll and Recruitment experience is a must
• Proficient in MS Office (Esp Excel)

Computer Skills:

• Knowledge of HRIS and Easypay would be an advantage
