Role Proficiency: Execute test cases with accuracy and prevent incorrect product shipment by reporting business critical bugs. Position works under supervision

Outcomes:

• Able to complete the assigned test grid without deviation from given test steps

• Determine product failures and report in test repository and bug tracker

• Find \'out of box\' product issues

• Learn technology business domain system domain individually and as recommended by the project/account

  Additional Comments: You will be responsible for providing flawless execution and first level debug for issue isolation, hardware platform setup, execution planning, log and reporting all execution activities in the lab. Your prime responsibility includes but not limited to: - Support in board rework soldering, debug and validation (Power VR validation, efficiency test, DCLL test and etc.) - Lab measurement (Power Measurement, Power Map Analysis and etc.), conducting system-based testing and data collection client\'s desktop, mobile, server, and ultra-mobile processors and chipsets. - Debugging of hardware platform - Hardware setup, assembly and maintaining the test systems and associated equipment including PCs, equipment racks, cabling, liquid cooling systems and any other specified items. - Ad-hoc request (which still falls under the jurisdiction of PD tasks) - Hard Lab operations such as PPHW and capital assets inventory management which can include reconciliation, tracking management, scrap maintenance, 6S, and etc. Workforce Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-driven and ability to multi-task in a complex and fast-paced environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Good decision making, analytical, and meticulous attention to detail. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good statistical skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong verbal and written communication, able to provide comprehensive update on work progress and also data compilation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-sufficient, able to manage the stakeholders, able to work well with co-workers (team work) \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands-on experience on system/board power-on, debug and set-up, highspeed digital scopes, logic analyzers, voltmeters, temperature probes, and multi-meters to characterize electrical performance of new silicon and platform interfaces. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in navigating board design schematic and layout and performing board level component rework/soldering. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in building and troubleshooting personal computer systems is required. Familiarity in installing Microsoft Windows, Linux, Android, UNIX and similar operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite applications (at least Excel and Word) is highly desired. \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science or similar degree with >5 years of industry experience.
