Role Proficiency: Implement various Finance initiatives and actions per given guidelines. Part of a team and an individual contributor to a subsystem (Business Finance / Corporate Finance) working under supervision

  • Implement various Finance initiatives and actions per given guidelines
  • Communicate with various subsystems (Delivery Teams / Client Executives / Management Teams) in a timely manner to resolve any queries
  • Ownership of P&L and preparing KPI reports for qualitative analysis
  • Implement and assure effective business controls through review analysis and verification
  • Resolve and address queries on a day to day basis
  • Responsible for one or more components of the large execution planar project
  • Work with internal departments to meet internal needs

Additional Comments:

Audit and reviews the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and compliance with company policies and regulations. Walkthroughs and testing of key controls to identify control weaknesses or deficiencies. Analyse on audit findings, construct detailed audit reports, and emphasize on improvements with corrective actions. Support development and execution of the annual audit plan, including scoping, risk assessment, and testing strategies. Monitoring and tracking the status of audit recommendations and ensuring timely implementation. Ensure timely implementation, monitor and track progression of audits. Job Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Professional certifications in any audit related such as CIA, CPA will be added advantage. Minimum 2 years\' experience in mandatory in Auditing Strong understanding of internal control and methodologies Excellent auditing skills and analytical traits. Self-reliant and has initiative to carry out assigned tasks or improve processes Work time is normal APAC shift, but Flexible to take client calls later evening as needed.
