Outcomes:

  • Constantly monitor and analyze trends across industry domains and technology areas.
  • Perform customer and market research analyzing and interpreting; while identifying patterns and solutions specific to Industry domains and technology areas.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
  • Support the mission vision and culture of the organization and the UST brand by generating positive communication in internal and/or external media (and in all social media channels).
  • Create visibility for the unique UST organizational and employee culture as well as relay compelling stories about our offerings across the portfolio.
  • Collaborate on designing brand narratives and stories for all types of media from traditional to digital; for all types of influencers including social governmental think-tank and other global thought leaders.
  • Collaborate with UST Global marketing teams and leadership to develop and coordinate advertising marketing and promotional plans across the portfolio and for recruiting needs.
  • Manage end to end consistent external communication in line with organizational brand and marketing strategies while creating a detailed tactical plan and calendar for amplifying each specific campaign through PR and social media channels.
  • Analyze measure and track media coverage and sentiment continuously; develop responses capture opportunities and triage issues/crises when needed.
  • Working with other team members designing and implementing strategy to grow online influencer base and overall traffic to UST social media channels. Provide analytics around effectiveness to management and leadership team.
  • Ensure periodic update of key news on UST social medial channels refining core messaging to ensure consistency in communication across all channels.
Monitor for any UST branding or messaging violations in social media channels

    Additional Comments: R&R \xe2\x80\x93 Retail Operations Manager Candidate has to be based virtually in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Retail operations manager is responsible for remotely managing the Retail Sales Accelerator (RSA) program for an assigned territory. He / She would be responsible for the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 RSA Contract rollout \xe2\x80\x93 Roll out of RSA Contracts to all the retailers in an assigned territory on a timely basis. Ensure acceptance of the program by Retail partners through the C2A tool and follow up to resolve any issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Reporting \xe2\x80\x93 Ensure the Retailers are submitting sales out reports on a timely basis as per the template provided to them. Follow-up for late submissions and provide resolution for any issues with the tools by interacting with respective stakeholders from Intel. \xe2\x80\xa2 Marketing \xe2\x80\x93 Be the single point of contact for all the verification/validation of the POP (Proof of performance) under the mainstream RSA program at the end of the quarter. Interaction with the Retailers on follow-up for submission, requirement of additional POPs, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Deployment of Tools \xe2\x80\x93 Ensure the retailers are updated on all the relevant Intel Retail Sales and Marketing tools. Coordinate between Intel and Retailers to address any issues and escalate feedback as necessary. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supporting Intel sales and marketing team on ad-hoc data and supporting analysis requirements for reviews with senior management to re-align tactical decisions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Retailer Analysis. o Prepare Dashboards by collecting relevant sales and marketing data across retailers. o Market Intelligence \xe2\x80\x93 Provide period intelligence on various launches and promotional activities performed by competitor and OEMs across markets. o RSP Advocacy \xe2\x80\x93 In charge of Retail Training Support. Individual to Manage Certification Registry. In charge of cleaning up databases and mapping with Partner accounts. o Interface Intel\xe2\x80\x99s Sales and Marketing teams to collect inputs on training calendars, promotions, IREP monthly content refresh. Build an accurate Gold List of Retailers. Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 3 to 5 years of Retail Program Management experience with a consumer electronics brand. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to interact with Retail customers and resolve program related issues and escalate to relevant stakeholders as necessary. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of budget management, tracking and reporting key metrics to senior management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Office Tools especially with Microsoft Excel. \xe2\x80\xa2 Multi-tasking capabilities, ability to work with minimal supervision.
