Job Description

:
1. Product/Platform Hardware Engineer (Junior)

• Demonstrated debug capability for hardware - critical skill.
• Demonstrated communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical audiences (English, Mandarin).
• Demonstrated lab and debug experience at the ingredient or platform level, with familiarity in using protocol analyzers, oscilloscopes, etc.
• Reasonable knowledge of computer architecture and Intel Client products.
• Experience using and analyzing with Intel debug tools (DCI, PTAT, etc.).
• Basic hardware skills: schematic and layout review, soldering/rework, and signal measurement.
• Good understanding of debug environment setup, including Windows OS installation and full Intel BKC deployment.
• Strong familiarity with Intel hardware test tools such as Intel Power and Thermal Analysis Tool, Intel System Scope Tool, Intel IO Margin Tool, and PowerHouse Mountain.
• Preferred: Experience using Intel BSOD Debug Advisor and Intel System Debugger for preliminary analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in electrical / Electronic / Computer Engineering or equivalent with 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
• Analytical and strong problem-solving skills, and ability to drive issues to closure are essential
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and fluency across English and Mandarin
