In addtiion, to provide efficient and customer focused support to all user of Information Technology in the area of application administration and process automation. Successful candidate will have an opportunity to work with applications including but not limited to Oracle E-Business Suite Rel, Oracle Cloud SaaS application, Blackline, GL Wand, HP PPM Migration tools, etc. Let\'s talk about Responsibilities: Deliver System Administration for core ResMed applications according to documented procedures and performance indicator levels where required. Provide end-user administration support including: Create new employee accounts, Modify existing user accounts, Liaise with application specialists, SOX Analysts, Finance, and HR as required in addressing user access requirements, Reset Password, End-date, terminate or delete accounts etc. Utilise the BMC Helix Ticketing system for logging, accurate reflection of caller requests and assigning / escalating issues where needed. Provide first and second level support, taking ownership, accurately diagnosing and rectifying users issues for troubleshooting of incidents/problems including: Access requests or issues, Printing and scanning request or issues etc. Proactively work with ResMed Security and Compliance officer to audit user management\'s compliance. Perform tasks within established standards and contribute to developing standards where they don\'t currently exist. Ability to perform Oracle E-Business Suite (on-prem & cloud) system administration including but not limited to: Resolved user access issue, Setup Alert, Printer setup in Application, Worked on release work order issue, Perform various program migrations to User Acceptance and Production environment, Approval of Purchasing hierarchy setup, Delegation rule setup, Assist Business analyst to resolve workflow related issue. Familiar with tools required to connect to Oracle databases such as SQLPlus, Toad, SQL Developer etc Streamline user management (provisioning, update, termination) process Process mapping, identify automation opportunity. Work with development team to deliver the automate solution Depending on the skillset, perform minor development work that will eliminate routine tasks, when possible Let\'s talk about qualifications: ITIL foundation qualifications or applied knowledge. SQL knowledge Good written and communication skills Tertiary Education in Computing / Information Systems Degree Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply 0 - 2 years IT/Applications industry experience, preferably in support of Oracle E-Business Suite, or any enterprise systems Fresh Graduates are encouranged to apply Help Desk/Support experience.
