As an
IT Service Delivery Management Associate
, you'll be the key connector ensuring our IT services run smoothly, efficiently, and with top-tier customer satisfaction.
Job Reponsibilities:
Be the liaison between our Service Delivery Manager (SDM) and IT service delivery teams to ensure business users receive seamless IT support.
Coordinate and facilitate regular review meetings & discussion sessions to continuously elevate service quality and customer satisfaction.
Ensure IT teams follow standard service and support processes -- keeping us aligned, efficient, and consistent.
Identify, address, and help frame policy, process, and operational issues to improve how our IT services are delivered.
Support business opportunities by providing quick turnarounds on service proposals and requests from customers.
Assist with AR (Accounts Receivable) collection tasks when required.
Take on any additional responsibilities that help us grow and deliver excellence.

Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/ Marketing/ Science & Technology or equivalent.
Working experience in the related field/knowledge in IT is an added advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
