Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be part of our Banking & Finance team attending to domestic and cross border transactions:
- asset financings (vessel, real estate, aircraft),
- project financings,
- acquisition financings,
- Islamic financings and syndicated loans amongst others, and
- banking transaction advisory works.
Requirements
1. 2 to 4 years of PQE in corporate banking practice.
2. Well-rounded experience that enables him/her to be able to come up with pro-business legal solutions with strong customer focus.
3. Excellent command of the English Language, enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment and is results-driven.
This position is only open to Malaysian citizens.
