Directs specific administration functional systems, procedures and methods by managing a combination of activities including but not limited to: travel services administration, employee assistance program administration, and so forth. Responsible for the efficiency and customer satisfaction of those administration system. Carries out supervisory responsibilities including hiring, and training administration staff (Buyer, office clerical and administrative staff); plans, assigns, and directs work. Appraises performance; rewards and disciplines employees. Addresses complaints and resolves problems.

Administer and process for HCC Life or VEM activities
+ Support and ensure proper and timely submission of event requests through HCC Life/VEMo Manage and submit pre & post event documentation and archival for records and audit purposes
Administer and process for Procurement activities:
+ Proficient in managing eMP, ARAVO, PO and RFP. + Support to provide timely and accurate PR /PO and RFP requisition in eMP + Provide administrative support for quarterly and year end accrual and PO closure + Liaise with vendors for vendor registration, invoicing and payment + Liaise with Global Services (GS) Procurement for PO-related matters + Provide administrative support for Financial Budget and Accrual
Administer and process for local and overseas-based activities, as well as travel support for promotional activities/events:
+ Prepare and record Travel Requisition for internal approval + Submit event brief for travel agency/venues/etc. (e.g. using Cvent) + Arrange hotel accommodation, flight, ground transfer and visa application, restaurant reservation, booking round trips + Liaise with travel agents (AMEX travel and BCD)oPrepare travel dockets
Provide general administrative support as needed by the business
