Chinese, open gender 1 headcount in Shah Alam (HQ) Office-based with Hybrid working options Degree in Accountancy or related filed (eg: ACCA, CIMA) - preferably not coming from local universities/colleges Min 5 years of work experience inrelated finance work Salary Details: up to RM 10,000(basic) 13th months Key Responsibilities will include: Assist Regional Financial Controller in managing the full spectrum of accounts functions including financial, statutory, treasury and tax reporting. Formulate robust financial controls framework through regular review, updating and maintenance of financial policies, systems and procedures. Monthly review of entities\' month-end reports. Assist local finance team to resolve system and reconciliation issues. Manage financial master data to ensure alignment with the reporting requirement. Ensure integrity of data, systems as well as financial and management reporting in compliance with local and international accounting standards Prepare periodic compliance reporting dashboard and analysis with summarised commentaries. Work closely with global HQ, shared service centre and local finance team on continuous improvement initiatives and sharing of best practices. Provide guidance to the finance team, and updates regional finance training materials. Assist in annual transfer price setting and material costing analysis. Perform any other duties which may be assigned from time to time. Education/Qualifications Degree in Accountancy or related field and/or any professional qualification in a related field (e.g. ACCA, CIMA) Minimum 5 years of related finance work experience with relevant working experience, preferably in an audit environment. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and a solid understanding of IFRS. Strong analytical skills and concern for quality. Proficient in SAP, Hyperion and MS Excel. Able to work independently as well as in a team. Able to work efficiently in a highly digitalized environment.
