Join our dynamic team as a Associate Manager, Trade Marketing, where you'll drive impactful customer marketing initiatives across assigned brands and segments. This role focuses on planning and executing in-store activities, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities

• Analyze product, category, and channel data to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage promotional co-packing and ensure timely stock availability.
• Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and design teams for campaign execution.
• Oversee POSM (Point of Sale Materials) allocation, budgeting, and inventory management.
• Conduct post-campaign analysis to measure effectiveness and ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in FMCG, with at least 2 years in trade/customer marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel (Power BI is a plus).
• Familiarity with Nielsen data; Kantar knowledge is an advantage.
• Excellent multitasking abilities and a proactive attitude.
